If the Sponsor fails to perform their role correctly, it not only affects the prospects but also has a negative impact on the MotoYogi community and the future of MotoYogi.

1. An amazing MotoYogi teaches the prospect the club's history. The club's history can be used to impart important lessons to the prospect, essential for understanding the most crucial aspects of life in MotoYogi.

If you don't know where you came from, it's challenging to know where you are going. Understanding the club's historical background enables the prospect to have an intimate knowledge of the roots of MotoYogi, who initiated it, why they initiated it, and the significance they held in establishing and maintaining MotoYogi until the time you joined.

Additionally, knowing the club's history allows the prospect to avoid repeating past mistakes, having learned from the sponsor what not to do, based on the club's past."

2. An amazing sponsor teaches the prospect the club's bylaws. How can the MotoYogi expect to produce productive club members who are responsible citizens if the importance of, reverence for, and respect for the bylaws is not taught? An amazing sponsor will ensure that the prospect is prepared to be a contributing, successful club member by ensuring that they know their rights and responsibilities according to the club's bylaws.

3. An amazing sponsor ensures that they have taught the prospect how to ride in the pack. MotoYogi means moving with the crowd, and there is nothing more beautiful than a motorcycle club in motion, traveling to its destination on two wheels, or as they say in California, on the ground. If the prospect is not prepared to ride with the MotoYogi, an excellent sponsor will teach their prospect the rules of pack riding so that they can quickly, easily, and safely assimilate into the pack. The sponsor should recognize that it is their responsibility to teach their prospect or prospects to ride proudly, boldly, and expertly in the pack.
